- How long will it take to receive my order?
I will ship dice within 7 business days using USPS. Tracking will be provided when label is printed. International orders will be shipped with the most convenient shipping method.
- Do you accept international orders?
Absolutely! While DiceV is based out of Washington State, I am open to shipping anywhere in the planet as long as shipping rates are reasonable.
My dice are handmade using resin, pigments, and inclusions (like the hand painted tiny gators). The custom logo dice are made using handmade silicone molds. Because they’re poured, sanded, and polished by hand, every die is unique. No two will ever be exactly alike.
- Why does my die look funny?
Since these are handmade, little quirks or tiny imperfections can happen. That’s the nature of resin art. If you really hate what you got, message me and we can work it out!
- What if something goes wrong with my order?
If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out through my contact page or DM on Instagram. I’ll work with you to make sure you’re taken care of.
- Can I request a custom order?
Yes! If you’d like specific colors, inclusions, or a personalized design, message me. Custom orders may take extra time depending on complexity, but I love making dice unique to you.
- Are the dice balanced for gameplay?
My dice are made for tabletop play and roll randomly, but they aren’t factory-balanced like casino dice. Since they’re handmade, tiny imperfections may happen, but I always test my dice before shipping to make sure they roll fairly and randomly.
